For all new mums and dads to be that are ready to purchase that all important pushchair, this is a must read.

Buying a new pushchair is so important and choosing the right one for you can be a daunting task. I will now hopefully make the task of correctly choosing the right pram for you a little less daunting...

Buying a pram or pushchair is not an easy decision as only the best will do for your new arrival... You want the best and every little detail matters as quite possibly your little bundle of joy could be spending quite a bit of their time in this one item. You want to know that they are comfortable and safe. As a pregnant woman you want to get ready early as the nesting feeling sets in, the nursery is getting ready and the cot is good to go even though you know that it won't be used for ages as you couldn't possibly consider putting them in too early, now all you have left is what are you going to be pushing them around in!! You have heard the theories that getting a pram too early is bad luck.....

Well the way I looked at it was you don't want to get it too early as like a car it comes with a warranty and why have it running out while your pram is still in the box!! My Silver Cross pushchair is now heading to its second year of daily being thrown in and out of the car and all the rough and tumble that goes along with a 21 month old boy, I have been so impressed by my Silver Cross that I wouldn't consider anything else when baby number 2 comes along and I have heard some horror stories of friends that have gone with other brands and are now on their third pushchair and I am still on my first!!! So let me now introduce you to the world of Silver Cross , I hope you are as impressed as I have been.....

Silver Cross was originally founded over 130 years ago, way back in 1877 by a former postman by the name on William Wilson. William Wilson along with his wife started their own business making postal carts and perambulators and by the end of 1877 finished his first perambulator which was revolutionary for its day.

The name Silver Cross was chosen by William Wilson as it was his and his wife's address of business; Silver Cross Street in a suberb of Leeds.

William Wilson died in 1913 and had passed ownership to his 3 sons: James, Irwin and Alfred.

Even as early as the 1920's Silver Cross was crowned No1 manufacturer of baby carriages.

Nowadays, Silver Cross is a household name all across the world for it's innovative designs and safety infrastructure, and is the No1 choice for parents looking for the best and safest products for their children.

I have bought much of my worldly belongings from places such as ebay and amazon and I have recently stumbled upon a website while searching the internet, that can point people in the right direction if they are interested. The quality of the products I have received are fantastic!! You get quality products from internationally known placesand cheaper!!

There is also a demonstration video on one of the featured Silver Cross pushchairs that you can view along with other information on all different models of pushchairs.

I hope the above has helped you in some way in putting your mind at ease!! All you will then need to do is wait for your little bundle of joy to arrive...
